01Information We Do Not Collect
The Game has no login screen, no account creation, and no chat or social features. We never ask for and do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, photos, contacts, or precise (GPS) location. There is no age gate because the Game is not designed to determine or store anyone's age.
02Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information, each tied to a specific feature of the Game:
Anonymous Player ID. On first launch, the Game silently creates an anonymous identity for your device using Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). This is a random identifier, not your name or email — Firebase's anonymous sign-in never asks for either. This ID is the key every other record below is stored under.
Gameplay Progress (Cloud Save). To let your progress survive a reinstall or follow you to a new device, the Game mirrors your save to Cloud Firestore (Google LLC), keyed to your anonymous player ID: which level you've reached, your in-game Brass currency balance, which cosmetic skins and guns you own, and which of each you currently have equipped.
Analytics Events. We use Firebase/Google Analytics to understand how the Game is played in aggregate: which levels players start and complete (and whether they won or lost), how long a level took, which shop items are viewed, previewed, bought, or equipped, when the shop is opened, when a daily login gift or a rewarded ad is claimed, and taps on home-screen promotional cards. These events are linked to your anonymous player ID and to standard properties like your highest unlocked level and currently equipped gun/skin. Firebase Analytics also automatically collects standard technical data on its own — device model, operating system and app version, general country/region (derived from IP address, which is not otherwise stored), language settings, and session length/frequency.
Crash & Diagnostic Data. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and stack traces if the Game crashes or freezes, so we can fix the bug. Each report is tagged with the level you were on and your equipped gun/skin at the time, plus standard device/OS information Crashlytics collects automatically.
Advertising Data. The Game shows ads through Google's Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) — see "Advertising" below for full detail on what that involves and the choices you have over it.
Purchase Data. If you buy anything with real money, the purchase is processed by Apple's App Store (and, once available, Google Play) and validated through RevenueCat, Inc., a payment infrastructure provider. See "In-App Purchases" below.
Locally Stored Settings. Your volume level and haptics on/off setting are stored only on your device and are never transmitted anywhere by the Game itself.
03How We Use Information
- Let you keep your progress, currency, and unlocked items across reinstalls and devices
- Understand which levels, weapons, and cosmetics are working and which aren't, so we can balance and improve the Game
- Diagnose and fix crashes and bugs
- Serve and measure the ads that help keep the Game free
- Process and validate the purchases you choose to make
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Game
We do not use any of this information to build an advertising profile of you outside the Game, and we do not sell it to data brokers.
04Advertising
The Game displays two kinds of ads through Google's Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob): a brief interstitial ad between rounds, and an optional rewarded video ad you can choose to watch from the shop for bonus Brass. You are never charged money for either.
To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect your device's advertising identifier, coarse location (derived from IP address), and information about how you interact with ads. On iOS, the Game requests permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before requesting a personalized ad using your Advertising Identifier (IDFA); you can allow or deny this in the system prompt the first time it appears, and change your answer any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you decline or have Limit Ad Tracking enabled, you still see ads, just less tailored to you. On Android, you can manage ad personalization and reset your advertising ID in your device's Google Settings → Ads menu.
To support Apple's privacy-preserving ad attribution, the Game lists dozens of advertising networks under SKAdNetwork in its iOS configuration. This lets those networks measure ad performance without any of them receiving data that identifies you personally.
Google's own use of data through AdMob is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and, for the EEA/UK, its Ads Data Processing Terms.
05In-App Purchases
The Game offers optional real-money purchases: a Starter Pack, "Remove Ads," and packs of Brass (the in-game currency). All payment is handled entirely by Apple's App Store (and, where available, Google Play) — we never see or store your credit card, debit card, or other payment details. Purchase validation is processed through RevenueCat, Inc., which receives your anonymous player ID and the App Store/Play Store transaction data needed to confirm what you bought and unlock it in the Game. RevenueCat's own handling of this data is governed by its Privacy Policy.
06Rating Prompts
At a few positive moments, the Game asks the operating system to show its native "rate this app" prompt — Apple's StoreKit review sheet or the Google Play In-App Review API. This request and any response to it are handled entirely by Apple or Google; the Game and Silver Studio never see whether you rated the Game or what you rated it.
07Third-Party Service Providers
The following third parties process information on our behalf, each strictly for the purpose described above and each bound by its own privacy terms:
- Google LLC — Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat, Inc. — purchase validation and entitlement management. Privacy Policy
- Apple Inc. — App Store purchases, payment processing, App Tracking Transparency, and the native review prompt (iOS). Privacy Policy
- Google Play — purchases and the native review prompt (Android, where available). Privacy Policy
We do not control these providers' independent use of data beyond what we send them, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
08Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your information to data brokers or third parties for their own independent marketing use. We disclose information only:
- To the service providers listed above, to operate the features described in this Policy
- If required by law, court order, or governmental request
- To investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy would continue to govern any information transferred
Depending on your jurisdiction, sharing an advertising identifier with ad partners as described above may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act. See "Your Privacy Rights" below for how to limit this.
09International Data Transfers
Google, RevenueCat, and Apple operate infrastructure globally, which means your information may be processed in the United States or other countries outside the one you live in. These providers maintain their own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers where required by law.
10Data Retention
Your cloud save (progress, Brass balance, owned/equipped items) is retained for as long as you keep the Game installed and signed in under the same anonymous ID, so it stays available if you reinstall or switch devices. Locally stored settings are deleted immediately when you uninstall the Game. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase according to Google's own retention settings, which we have configured to the shortest period practical for the diagnostic and product-improvement purposes described above. You can request deletion of your cloud save at any time — see "Your Privacy Rights."
11Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the sharing of an advertising identifier described in "Advertising" above:
- EEA/UK (GDPR): you have the rights listed above, and may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
- Everywhere else: we extend the same core rights — access, correction, and deletion — to all players, regardless of where CCPA or GDPR technically apply.
Because the Game has no account system, we can only locate your cloud save if you give us the anonymous player ID it's stored under (visible on the Game's debug/diagnostics page) or enough device/purchase detail to find the matching record. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@silverstudio.ai. You can also manage ad personalization directly through your device's OS settings at any time, without contacting us at all.
12Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. The Game contains stylized, cartoonish shooting/physics combat, real-money purchases, and third-party advertising, and is intended for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@silverstudio.ai and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13Security
We rely on the security infrastructure of Google Firebase, Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat — including encryption in transit — to protect the information described in this Policy. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game changes — for example, if we add Android purchases/ads, new features, or new service providers. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be highlighted in the Game's update notes or on this screen.
15Contact Us
